Service Design is great and universal applicable. However in Service Design and Innovation for new Business questions often remain: is this new idea or remake feasible & viable? What resources are needed and what’s a realistic timeline? What are the business impacts and implications? Before modern KPIs can be a put to measure, the „new idea“ needs to be framed with clear premises, assumptions and positioning … ideally fast, transparent and comparable to other ideas. Open for Iterations and eventually actionable; prepared for board decisions. This is where the Business Innovation Turbo comes in: the condensed short version (in tangible workshop format) of a larger Business Innovation Framework (for detailed business innovation projects and venture building).
